Guastavino is a fascinating character that remained unknown for years. He arrived to US from Spain to became one of the most interesting architects of the last century.

Spanish production company Endora contacted me to produce the US material for the feature documentary: Guastavino, el arquitecto de Nueva York.

This production included hiring the US crew, budgeting, and getting all the permits to the locations that Guastavino built, including difficult ones like Ellis Island, Saint John the Divine, Grand Central Station, Boston Public Library, and more. (He built almost a thousand buildings in USA!) It was an intense and wonderful experience that will be released on public television in Spain very soon. I’ll keep you posted!
